This relationship involves building a rapport to get all the details of your vacation just right. Advisors want to understand if you want a resort that is laid back, or lively. Do you want to dance to live music all evening or sit and sip on fancy cocktails in a seaside bar? Maybe watch a movie poolside with the family? We'll make sure your resort has you covered.

In addition to securing your flights, resort stay, transfers, and excursions, advisors should be a resource before you leave as well. They can answer anything from: are taxis safe for my family in my destination, do I need to bring bug spray, or what’s the tipping policy at your resort?
